• We can input/upload the information from your bank and code them into your accounts weekly, twice a month, or monthly. You’ll get a breakdown of how the transactions were coded for your review. Give us a few notes back and we’ll update everything based on your direction.
• We’ll also prepare the reconciliation at the end of the month.

• Prepare and send invoicing, either electronically or paper copy.
• Prepare and send out Monthly statements to clients to assure that they are notified of the status of their account.
• We’ll also make the calls to the customers to inquire as to status on payments. We believe that most customers want to pay their bill and we function as a helpmate to that end, not as a “debt collector”.

• We’ll review/prepare your bank reconciliations.
• We then review your Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet to make sure your transactions were coded properly. Providing observations and recommendations in writing
